Begrudgingly, we have a deal with various corporate entities in order to keep the place running. There has been a lot of instability and lack of resources as far as keeping up with maintenance and, although the Hall of Effluence is large, I used to see maintenance every now and again... I haven't received communications from my supervisors about absorbing those duties so I leave things alone...
Anyway, This is one of our many contracts I have to keep up with, and the one of the only ones I am allowed to share publicly. Sometimes I have to keep up with comms from the company and thus can be found outside of the assigned area keeping up with our Commercial Tube.
